We all have busy lives that never seem to stop. We find that committing to going to the gym 6 days a week for an hour or more right off the bat is not sustainable for the average person. Try starting off with going on a walk for 5 minutes per day.
There are a variety of ways to get your body moving. Find the activity that you enjoy. If you hate running on the treadmill- don't do it. If you LOVE cycling- DO IT! Exercise doesn't have to be torture, if you do what brings you joy.
Doing the same routine can get boring at times. Try something new to spice up your exercise routine. Go to that dance class you have always wanted to try. Find a workout on YouTube. Go on a hike. The possibilities are endless!
